📍 Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

If your location is in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer than the estimated timeframe.

⏳ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

🚛 Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

📦 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Teleshop may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

📲 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available).

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

🚫 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because:

  • The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete,
  • The customer is unavailable,
  • The customer refuses to accept the parcel,

the order may be returned to us.

Repeated failed or refused orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases.

📦 Damaged Parcels

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Inspect the parcel before accepting it.
  • Take clear photos of the package and product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We will review the issue and assist you according to our Exchange Policy.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate, including:

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Complete Delivery Address
  • City

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
