We do not accept returns for:

✅ Exchange Eligibility

We will gladly exchange a product if:

📅 Exchange Request Time

To qualify for an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

📸 Proof Required

To process an exchange request, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package (if damaged)
  • A brief explanation of the issue

This helps us verify the problem and resolve your request quickly.

📦 Product Condition

The product must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories (if applicable)
  • Free from customer-caused damage

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

🚚 Exchange Shipping

If the exchange is approved:

  • We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
  • If the error was on our side (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Teleshop will bear the exchange shipping costs.
  • If the issue is not covered under this policy, the customer may be responsible for any applicable shipping charges.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Cosmetics or beauty products (if opened)

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
